If you're the type of person that does well with being told exactly what you need to do and how to achieve it, then I recommend adding on a meal plan to your consult, which is sent out after asking questions about dietary restrictions, taste/cuisine preferences, etc. that you or your family have. I spend a lot of time ensuring that the chosen recipes will give you the most health benefits, while still being delicious. Just because you're on a diet, doesn't mean that all you can eat is salad!
